Gender-specific MMA classes ages 15 and up

Our MMA program allows students to learn Mixed Martial Arts (striking, grappling, etc) as well as techniques used in Silat competition. Instructor Kak Abdul-Malik Ahmad has competed in MMA, open, grappling and Silat tournaments against opponents of various martial arts styles (Muay Thai, grappling, Judo, kickboxing, etc) for a full competitive experience to train you in effective MMA and martial art technique. In addition to standard MMA training, Silat training also includes defense against multiple opponents. Unlike many MMA schools who teach MMA but have a limited scope of techniques and/or have no actually experience in the octagon, Kak Ahmad has not only competed in MMA fights but has also studied and watched fighters of different style compete in their original countries (Indonesia, Thailand, etc). Even if you want to learn MMA for self-defense purposes and never plan to enter into the octagon, our MMA program give you all the techniques you need to effective both in the ring and on the street.
