The Silat Institute invites passionate and committed individuals to apply for admission. We pride ourselves on our exceptional teaching standards in Pencak Silat and expect the same level of commitment and dedication from our students. As a school we carefully select our students, and not all applicants will be accepted. To be considered for our program, complete the application form provided below. Successful applicants will be contacted for a try-out or screening class.

Prospective students (8 and older) are required to memorize the Silat Creed and do a physical test (10 pushups or 1 min plank) before being accepted into the program. Download the Creed. Students who cannot complete the requirements can reapply after 2 months. There is no requirement for the 5-7 ages classes.

Please note, we cannot accept students under 5 years old. They must be already 5 years old in order to begin classes.
